Will was much-loved with an infectious personality, and an inspiration to those around him.
The award will be presented to an exceptional individual who has made an incredible difference to the people they have supported, or to the team they are part of. It may be someone who has made a long-term outstanding contribution over the years, or excelled and inspired over the past 12 months.
The Agincare Hero Medal is our elite award. The medal is awarded to an exclusive band of Agincare team members who have performed an incredible act of valour, gallantry, or devotion that is deserving of recognition and reward. This could be in the line of their care duties or outside of work, but captures the spirit, courage and values of the Agincare family.
