For their enquiry to count as a referral, they will need to complete the form below, so be sure to send them this page link or ask for permission to fill out the form on their behalf.

If the referral adheres to our terms and conditions listed below, you will receive a bonus of up to £1000 within an agreed time period of the care starting. The exact amount is dependent on the service you are referring into.

  • Act promptly if you know someone in need – timely referrals can make a big difference in someone’s quality of life.
  • Encourage the client or their family to be available for follow-up communication.
  • Make sure all information is correct, as any incorrect contact details could cause unnecessary delays

Terms and Conditions

  • Referral amount is dependent on the service referred into. Referral bonuses are as follows: home care: £250, care and nursing homes: £500, live-in care: £1000
  • Referred client must be privately funded to be eligible
  • Referrer must be a current employee or volunteer of Agincare, or next-of-kin of someone already drawing on Agincare’s services when the referral is made
  • A personal care assessment must be undertaken by a member of Agincare’s assessment team to ensure we are able to meet the care needs of the client
  • Care must be for a minimum of 4 weeks for live-in care and 3 weeks for care and nursing Homes. A minimum of 40 hours of care delivered applies for home care referrals
  • Referrer must have consent from the person receiving care or their next of kin to provide their personal contact information
  • Agincare reserves the right to modify or remove this incentive at any time
  • This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other employee or next-of-kin incentives
  • This incentive is only applicable for next-of-kin who already have a loved one drawing on Agincare’s services
  • Only applies to new clients who have not used an Agincare service for a minimum of 12 months prior to the date of referral
  • Refer a client bonus cannot be substituted or used as a deduction from your loved one’s existing care package
  • For next-of-kin, payment will be made electronically only, within 28 days of a successful referral
  • For employees and volunteers of Agincare to receive the referral bonus, they must still work for Agincare at the end of the minimum time period set out for each service in these terms and conditions
  • For Agincare employees, referral bonus is paid to the referrer in their pay packet and is subject to tax and national insurance

You can only refer someone to Agincare if they have not received care from us for a minimum of 12 months. After this point they are considered a new client and any referral to our service that they receive will be eligible for the reward.

For next-of-kin, payment will be made electronically within 28 days of a successful referral. In both cases, you will receive this bonus once the client has received the required hours of care or two weeks after the care start date, depending on which service they have been referred into.
